Rental Policy

• 2 pieces of ID are required. First is a valid driver's license. If you have an out-of-state license, you must have a credit card. Second would be a major credit card, military ID, vehicle registration or Social Security card.
• State ID is not accepted on anything being towed out.
• Deposits are required on all equipment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, open check or cash. Deposits are based on a one-day rental. Amount will be determined on length of rental.
• We have an 8% damage waiver and 6% state use tax added on to all rentals.
• A credit card number will be accepted over the phone with prior arrangements being made.
• We have house accounts that can be set up prior to a rental. You must be in business for no less than 2 years to be considered for an account.
• Reservations - Equipment can be reserved no more than 2 days ahead with the agreement that it is to be picked up by 9:00 a.m. Otherwise you can call one hour prior to have equipment held.
• While equipment is on rental and you are having a problem, you must call A.S.A.P. so that we can take care of it. No adjustments can be made without a phone call.
